How long does shipping take?
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email us at info@danielsbridal.com with your order number.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes detailed sizing information. Many of our belts and sashes are adjustable, and our shoes list US sizes. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help you find the perfect fit.
Are your items true to color?
We make every effort to photograph our products accurately. However, slight color variations may occur due to monitor and screen settings. Our ivory, white, and blush tones are our most popular bridal shades.
Can I order accessories for my whole bridal party?
Absolutely! Many brides order matching or coordinating accessories for their bridesmaids. Contact us at info@danielsbridal.com and we'll be happy to help coordinate your bridal party order.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through a secure payment system. We never store your full card details, and your personal information is always protected.
Do you charge sales tax?
No. All orders from Daniels Bridal are tax-free. The price you see is the price you pay, plus free shipping.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your package's delivery status.
